Return Policy

Books and DVDs, in their original condition, purchased from pebbleinapondmedia.com may be returned within 30 days after shipment for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Pebbleinapondmedia.com cannot accept returns of books, DVDs or other items purchased from other merchants. Items that are purchased at a store or shipped directly by another merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.

Upon receipt of your request, we will begin to process your return.

Partial refunds will be issued as follows:

• Any unopened media item or non-media item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after shipment: 80% of item's price
• Any book or DVD that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price
• Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged, for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price

This time period includes:

• 3 to 5 business days after receipt of your request for pebbleinapondmedia.com to process your return
• The number of days it takes your bank to process our refund request

You will be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds are issued based on your payment method. If you paid by credit card, your refund will go to the credit card used for the purchase in 3-5 business days after your return is processed. If you paid by bank account, your refund will go to the bank account and can take up to 10 business days for the refund transaction.
